Pre Listing Prep
Every one of my listings receives a punch list of repairs, a professional staging consult, and a professional photography shoot so that we can create a customized marketing strategy. I also conduct a detailed analysis of your home's value to help you decide what you should list your home for. The price is always set by the seller but I will suggest a price, based off of comparable homes in your area, that will yield you the most activity in the least amount of time!
Hitting the Market
First impressions are important so we know all of our pre listing prep will pay off when we hit the MLS and get exposure on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Zillow, and all of the other places buyers are looking! Depending upon the property, open houses, targeted neighborhood mailers, and direct contact to agents working in the area will be used to drive more buyers to your home!
Closing the Deal
A good agent knows that the highest offer may not always be the best offer. I guide all of my clients through all aspects of the offers and what implications they may have. Getting top dollar in the least amount of time is what I strive for and I educate my clients so they can make the best decision for themselves and their family. Once your home is under contract you can place full trust in me to keep your interests safe all the way to closing!
